Blue gash

Today is my birthday and I'm feeling a little blue. I'm a little bit homesick, a little bit heartsick and more than a little bit tired of all the sadness and badness in the world.
This image looks a little like how I feel. But it also warms my heart up a little because I took it with Susannah on our photo safari near Bournemouth last month. When I recall that day, that visit and that whole week I feel lighter, brighter and more hopeful again.
So, happy birthday to me, happy birthday to Wendie and to Alexandra and happy birthday to all the other Taurus' folks out there. We may not be the most dramatic star sign in the sky, but we are known for getting the job done. Here's to us!

so i finally managed to write on your blog and then realised you've moved on - oi am so behind!!
Hope you still visit it to check comments - well i think i posted a comment - i'm not so savvy so not sure it worked.
I thought about you all your birhtday but didn't manage to ring which i am sorry for.
Went for dinner last night with graeme and betty which was nice, as it is probably the only visit for two years i guess.
Work is crazy, but we can't complain.
Might not write anymore till i know i have made this work --!
